  I'm starting over …

  In the past year capoeira has literally exploded into my life and I find myself drawn into this (relatively) obscure artform; I am obsessed with it.  One of the hallmarks of capoeira is how it can be used to raise ones' spirits while under opression.

  I love to dance, and do so at every opportunity.

  I am learning to live in the present moment ( for that is all we have)  with a clear eye and an open heart…
